Meet Bené Bailey
National Mortgage Trainer
Bené got her start in the mortgage industry working for a national bank as a loan processor, and it was love at the first file. She worked diligently and began to advance in her mortgage career until the mortgage market crash in 2008, when she left the industry and worked in the staffing and human resources industry. After reaching significant levels of success in the staffing industry, she found herself wanting to return to her first love, the mortgage industry.
Bené has over 15 years of banking and mortgage experience and has worked as a processor, underwriter, loan officer assistant, loan officer, and finally, trainer and instructor. Having experience in different capacities within the mortgage industry lends her keen insight that benefits her students and is often passionately expressed as her dedication to the quality education of mortgage professionals.
